Amy Howe is the cofounder of SCOTUSblog, a blog devoted to coverage of the U.S. Supreme Court; and her eponymous blog, Howe on the Court. Before turning to full-time blogging, she served as counsel in over two dozen merits cases at the Supreme Court and argued two cases there. 

From 2004 until 2011, she co-taught Supreme Court litigation at Stanford Law School; from 2005 until 2013, she co-taught a similar class at Harvard Law School. She has also served as an adjunct professor at American University’s Washington College of Law and Vanderbilt Law School. 

Amy Howe is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds a master’s degree in Arab Studies and a law degree from Georgetown University.

Jeffrey Rosen is the president and CEO of the National Constitution Center, where he hosts “We the People,” a weekly podcast of constitutional debate. He is also a professor of law at the George Washington University Law School and a contributing editor of The Atlantic. 

His new book is “The Pursuit of Happiness: How Classical Writers on Virtue Inspired the Lives of the Founders and Defined America.” His other books include the New York Times bestseller “Conversations with RBG: Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on Life, Love, Liberty, and Law,” as well as biographies of Louis Brandeis and William Howard Taft.

Jeffrey Rosen is a graduate of Harvard College; Oxford University, where he was a Marshall Scholar; and Yale Law School.
