Weekend Weather: Millions of people are in the path of dangerous weather over the next few days. Severe thunderstorms and tornadoes could hit 18 states in the central U.S.

Pelosi on Impeachment: House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is suggesting for the first time that maybe the president should be impeached. She sees impeachment as a tool to get more information since the Trump administration has refused to hand over subpoenaed documents.

NYC Mayor for President: New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio is running for president. It didn’t take long for President Trump to weigh in after de Blasio called Trump a bully and con artist on Good Morning America. Trump took to Twitter saying de Blasio was “the worst mayor in the U.S.”

Abortion Bans: Missouri is the latest on a growing list of states looking to make abortion laws even stricter. State senators passed a bill that would ban abortions at eight weeks of pregnancy, and the governor has said he’ll support it if the House passes it. Remember: Alabama outlawed almost all abortions this week with a law designed to challenge Roe v. Wade.

SAT “Adversity Score”: The SAT will now also score students on what kind of hardships they faced growing up. The new “adversity score” will be determined by 15 factors, including the crime rate and poverty levels of the neighborhood a student grew up in. The adversity scores won’t actually affect the overall test score, but college admissions officials will be able to see them.

PGA Latest:  The PGA Championship continues today, and all eyes are on Tiger Woods to see if he can redeem himself. Woods made some mistakes yesterday, and though he fought his way back a bit, he’s still in the middle of the pack for now. This is Woods’ first competition since he got a lot of press for winning the Masters last month.

Air Taxi:  A startup just had a successful test launch of a flying taxi. The company behind it is called Lilium. The flying taxis would take off vertically, kind of like a drone, but with wings used for lift like an airplane. For now, Lilium plans to have a human pilot on board and is trying to get certified to fly in Europe before coming to the U.S. Uber also has something similar in the works.

Taco Bell Hotel: Taco Bell is taking over a Palm Springs, California hotel and resort. Taco Bell says the hotel is meant to be playful and fun for the brand’s super fans. 'The Bell' will only be open for a limited time, and guests can start staying there in August.

GoT Petition: More than half a million Game of Thrones fans have signed a petition asking HBO to fire the show’s writers and hire new ones. They want the entire last season re-written, saying they deserve a final season that “makes sense.” Either way, millions of people have tuned in to watch the final season, and the series finale is this Sunday.
