Trump Visits UN: Today, President Trump will chair the UN Security Council meeting for the first time. Yesterday, in his speech to the UN General Assembly, he mentioned several topics, including criticism of Iran and choosing America's independence over globalism. President Trump also said he's accomplished more than "almost any administration in the history of our country." That prompted murmurs and laughter in the audience. Trump stopped and said he didn't expect that reaction, but, "That's OK."

Tech Hearing: Privacy is the big issue today on Capitol Hill. Execs from Amazon, Apple, AT&T, Charter Communications, Google and Twitter will be testifying and answering questions from lawmakers. We'll see if it leads to more regulation on tech.

Supreme Court Nominee Update: President Trump is doubling down on his support for the Supreme Court nominee, Brett Kavanaugh, while lawmakers plan a vote on his confirmation for Friday. But first... that public hearing tomorrow (Thursday). Kavanaugh and the woman accusing him of sexual assault will testify. There's still plenty of back-and-forth about how this should be handled.

Bill Cosby Sentenced: A judge sentenced Bill Cosby to 3-10 years in state prison, with no option for bail while his lawyers appeal. He was convicted of sexual assault against one woman, but dozens of women have said he drugged and assaulted them.
