Breaking - CA Shooting: There are reports of a mass shooting at a Southern California bar. So far, authorities say at least 11 people are injured, including a deputy sheriff. Hundreds of people were inside the Borderline Bar & Grill in Thousand Oaks, California when the shooting started. This is a developing story...

AG Sessions Resigns: U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions resigned at President Trump's request, and now, Sessions' top aide Matthew Whitaker will take over as Acting Attorney General until further notice. Remember: President Trump was not happy after Sessions recused himself from the Russia investigation. Whitaker, on the other hand, has said in the past that the investigation should be scaled back. Oversight of that investigation is expected to go to Whitaker now.

Trump on House & CNN: "Beautiful" deals or "warlike posture." Those are the words President Trump used to talk about how the next two years could go now that Democrats gained control of the U.S. House. He says he's willing to negotiate, but if Dems try to investigate him more, "two can play at that game."
Also, there was a heated exchange between President Trump and CNN reporter Jim Acosta. The White House suspended Acosta's press pass, which some call unprecedented. See video of the back and forth here.

GA's Governor Race: One of the most high-profile races that's still (sort-of) up in the air two days after Election Day is the race for Georgia's governor. Brian Kemp has just more than 50% of the votes, while Stacey Abrams has just less than 49% of the votes. Kemp declared victory and plans to start the transition process today, but Abrams says not so fast. Her campaign is getting a legal team together to investigate.

Diwali: Millions of people around the world are celebrating Diwali this week. It's India's biggest holiday and is also known as the Festival of Lights. This week, people in northern India broke a Guinness world record when they burned more than 300,000 oil lamps at the same time for 5 minutes. See video and pictures here.

Ford + Spin: Ford Motor Co. is adding two wheels to its lineup. The company bought e-scooter company, Spin.

Samsung's Folding Phone: As expected Samsung showed off its version of a foldable phone for the first time. It has a tablet-sized screen that can then be folded up to fit into a pocket. It's not available to buy yet, but you can see the first look here.

Black Friday & Oprah's Fav Things:Black Friday deals are already arriving. Yes, it's usually the day after Thanksgiving, but this year, stores like Walmart say the specials have begun. Walmart.com rolls out some deals today, and Lowe's started them back on Nov. 1st. Amazon and Target started free shipping.
Also, Oprah revealed the 107 gift ideas on this year's "Oprah's Favorite Things."

The Grinch & Breaking Bad: The holiday movies are starting to come out, too. Experts predict The Grinch will win the box office this weekend.
