Wildfires Update: Fire officials say it could be weeks before the three major wildfires in California are fully contained, and now, the most destructive one in Northern California is officially also the deadliest. The death toll from that fire went up again to at least 42 as crews search devastated areas, and people are still missing. President Trump approved a request for a major disaster declaration for the state, which helps provide resources.

Homeland Security Secretary: A report cites several sources saying President Trump plans to fire Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, and it could happen in the coming weeks. No official word from the White House, though.

Arizona Senate Race: A week now after the election, and the race for a Senate seat in Arizona is finally over. Kyrsten Sinema is the winner over Martha McSally, but it was a close one. Sinema is now Arizona's first Democrat in 30 years to win a Senate election and the state's first female senator. She'll also be the first openly bi-sexual senator in history when she takes office in January.

Exercise Guidelines: It's advice you've likely heard before, but the government updated exercise guidelines for the first time since they came out ten years ago. The biggest change? They now recommend children as young as 3 take part in 'active play' for exercise. Adults are, of course, encouraged to get enough exercise throughout the week as well.

Amazon's HQ2 Announcement: Expect a big announcement from Amazon as soon as today, but already, a new report says the two cities for Amazon's second headquarters are officially chosen: the Long Island City neighborhood in New York and Crystal City area of Arlington, Virginia. Amazon says it'll bring thousands of jobs and billions of dollars in investments, but critics say, the public search for HQ2's location was a ploy for unnecessary tax breaks.

Comics Legend Dies: The co-creator of many of the most popular superheroes in comic books and movies died Monday at age 95. Stan Lee was the former editor-in-chief of Marvel Comics and had a hand in Spider-Man, X-Men and more.

Michelle Obama's Becoming Book: Former First Lady Michelle Obama's memoir comes out today. Already, Barnes and Noble announced that Becoming sold more pre-orders than any other adult book since 2015.

Facebook Down: If you tried to get on Facebook yesterday and couldn't, you weren't alone. Facebook blames the error message on a 'routine test' that caused a problem. The hashtag #FacebookDown was trending on Twitter. The social site is now back up.

Siri Unlocks Cars: Volkswagen and Apple teamed up to allow the voice assistant, Siri, to lock and unlock cars, check mileage and more with the VW Car-Net app. But there's a monthly fee for the app.

Bruno Mars 24K Magic: Singer Bruno Mars is using the title of his Grammy-winning album "24K Magic" for a good cause. He'll be providing 24,000 Thanksgiving meals to a Salvation Army program in his native Hawaii.
