There’s even a term for it now: “tipflation.” Technology has made it easier for more companies to suggest a tip but has it really changed the rules? Also, how much should you tip around the holidays? 

Renowned etiquette expert Lizzie Post is here with us today to provide some answers. She’s the great-great-granddaughter of Emily Post and the co-president of “The Emily Post Institute.” Her latest book is “Emily Post’s Etiquette, The Centennial Edition” and she’s the co-host of the “Awesome Etiquette” podcast.
